1. General Privacy Commitment

Cleaner - Phone Space Manager is designed to help users manage storage, review duplicate or similar media, and organize selected personal content in a more efficient and privacy-conscious way. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share user data with third parties for advertising, profiling, or unrelated commercial purposes.

Our goal is to provide useful device-management features while keeping the handling of information limited, reasonable, and aligned with the expectations of users who choose a privacy-focused application.

2. Information the App May Access

Depending on the features a user chooses to activate, the App may request permission to access certain categories of content, such as photos, media files, contacts, or local information necessary for the operation of security-related storage features. Access is requested only when needed for the relevant feature and is subject to the user’s device-level permissions.

For example, duplicate or similar photo review features may require access to the user’s photo library, while private organization features may require the user to select items they wish to manage within the App.

3. How Information Is Used

Any permitted access is used solely to provide the App’s core functionality. This may include analyzing content locally, displaying media selected by the user, organizing storage information, helping the user identify duplicate items, or supporting protected in-app organization tools for personal content such as private photos, contacts, or passwords.

We do not use personal data for unrelated tracking. We do not build external advertising profiles. We do not transmit personal user content to outside parties for monetization.

4. No Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not share any user data with third parties. In particular, we do not provide personal files, contact information, passwords, photo libraries, or private user content to outside companies, marketers, analytics brokers, or ad networks.

If certain technical service providers are involved in standard platform operations, such involvement is limited to what is required for the app distribution environment or payment infrastructure managed by Apple. Such platform-level processes do not change our own policy that we do not share developer-controlled user data with third parties.

5. Subscription and Purchase Information

Some premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple, not by us directly. We do not receive full payment credentials such as complete credit card numbers. Billing, renewal, and payment method handling are managed through the user’s Apple Account and Apple’s purchase systems.

We may have access to limited purchase-related status information that is necessary to determine whether premium access should be enabled in the App. This is used only for feature availability, account state, support review, and basic subscription management.

6. Local Storage and Security

Information selected by the user for organization inside the App may be stored locally on the device, subject to the operating system, device security settings, and any app-level protections that may be made available. We take reasonable steps to design the App in a way that supports secure use, but no storage system or device environment can be guaranteed to be absolutely immune from risk.

Users are encouraged to keep their device software updated, enable device passcodes or biometric protections where available, and use the App responsibly when storing sensitive information.

7. Data Retention

We aim to minimize retention. Content that remains on a user’s device continues to be controlled primarily by the user. If a user deletes content from the App or removes the App, locally stored information may be removed subject to the normal behavior of the operating system, backups, and the user’s own device settings.

Limited records related to subscription status, support communications, or basic operational handling may be retained for a reasonable time where necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, debugging, or user support.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age at which direct consent is required under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner inconsistent with applicable requirements. If a parent or guardian believes that inappropriate information has been provided, they may contact us for review.

9. User Choices and Controls

Users may control permissions through their device settings. If a user does not wish to grant access to photos, contacts, or other categories of information, they may decline permissions, although some features may not function as intended without that access.

Users may also manage subscription settings through their Apple Account settings. Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

10. International Use

The App may be made available in multiple regions. Privacy expectations and legal requirements can vary from one jurisdiction to another. We seek to apply a consistent privacy-oriented approach while also respecting applicable legal obligations where the App is offered.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect improvements to the App, legal developments, platform requirements, or operational changes. When we make material updates, the revised version will be published on this page with updated effective language as appropriate.
