Terms of Use for Cleaner - Phone Space Manager
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cleaner - Phone Space Manager (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. About the App
Cleaner - Phone Space Manager is a utility application intended to help users review storage usage, identify duplicate or similar media, organize selected content, and access privacy-oriented tools related to personal device management. Features may change over time as the App evolves.
The App is offered on an “as available” basis and may be updated, improved, suspended, or modified at any time to reflect technical, legal, platform, or business requirements.
2. License and Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable device, platform, and local legal requirements.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing content before deleting it, moving it, locking it, or otherwise organizing it through the App. You should make your own decisions regarding backups, storage maintenance, password management, and the handling of sensitive information.
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the App except where legally permitted, or use the App in any manner that could harm other users, systems, or platform integrity.
4. Subscriptions and Premium Access
Certain features of Cleaner - Phone Space Manager may require a paid subscription. Premium functionality is unlocked through an auto-renewable subscription, as displayed inside the App at the time of purchase.
All premium features are unlocked through a subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account once the purchase is confirmed. Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your account settings. If canceled, access will remain active until the end of the billing period.
Trial offers, introductory pricing, promotional access periods, and subscription availability may vary by region, device, offer type, and time. Any such offers are governed by the conditions presented at the time of activation.
5. Refund Review Information
If we receive a refund request for an in-app purchase from an end user, we reserve the right to provide Apple with information regarding the user’s in-app purchase consumption. This may include app usage time, anonymous account identifier, total amount spent, and total amount refunded.
This information, where applicable, may be used solely for the purpose of responding to platform-related refund review processes, helping clarify subscription usage context, and supporting good-faith handling of purchase disputes through Apple’s systems.
6. No Guarantee of Continuous Availability
While we aim to provide a stable and useful experience, we do not guarantee that the App will always be available without interruption, delay, or error. Maintenance, updates, platform changes, device conditions, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect access or functionality.
Some features may depend on permissions, device compatibility, operating system behavior, or Apple ecosystem functionality.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, text, graphics, interface elements, and original software components, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed under these Terms, no part of the App may be copied, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or exploited without prior permission.
8. Privacy and Data Handling
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we approach permissions, limited processing, subscriptions, support communications, and our commitment not to share user data with third parties.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will meet every expectation, produce any guaranteed amount of free storage, prevent all unwanted access, or be completely free of bugs, interruptions, or inaccuracies.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the App.
In jurisdictions where limitations are restricted, liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App or certain features if required by law, platform rules, technical necessity, or where misuse, abuse, fraud, or conduct inconsistent with these Terms is reasonably suspected.
You may stop using the App at any time. Removing the App from your device does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
12. Apple-Specific Notice
These Terms are concluded between you and us, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App except as required under applicable law.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions may reflect changes to features, legal obligations, payment flows, platform requirements, or operational policies. Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
